These terms govern your use of zinsett.store, operated by ZINSETT ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on zinsett.store, you agree to these terms. Please use the site for its intended purpose: browsing and buying pet and home essentials.
Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using real photos of the actual item wherever possible. Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice, though we honor the price you were charged at the time of your order. Occasionally a listing error slips through; if that happens, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything affected.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale. We confirm your order once payment is processed and the item is available. If we can't fulfill an order — out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud — we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment processor. We don't store your full card details.

Intellectual property
The ZINSETT name, logo, and the text, photos, and design on this site belong to ZINSETT and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to get every order right, but we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products beyond the value of your order, except where that limitation isn't allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where ZINSETT is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're shopping from the US or elsewhere, nothing here removes any rights you have under the laws of your home country or state — those consumer protections still apply to you regardless of this governing-law clause.
