Every order ships within 1–2 business days and arrives in 8–15 days, tracked the whole way. Free shipping on US orders over $35. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Where we ship
ZINSETT ships to addresses within the United States. We don't currently support international shipping.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase. Weekends and US federal holidays don't count as business days.
Delivery window
Once your order ships, it arrives in 8–15 business days. This is the full door-to-door window, not just carrier transit — it covers picking, packing, and delivery. Remote addresses or peak-season volume can land at the longer end of that range.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can follow it the entire way.
Shipping cost
Free on US orders over $35. Orders under $35 show the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the end.
Delays
If your order is running past the 8–15 day window, email us at hello.zinsett@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down and reply within 24 hours.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter, and we can't be responsible for delivery to an address that was entered incorrectly.
