A simple, fair 15-day policy.
Returns
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.
Pet Products
For hygiene and safety, pet items such as beds, toys, and grooming tools that have been used or show pet hair or odor cannot be returned. Please ensure the item is in its original, new condition.
Home & Decor
Home items must be returned in their original protective packaging to prevent transit damage. Items that arrive broken due to insufficient repackaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page to begin. Items sent back without an approved request cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized goods, opened hygiene products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post it.
