How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched the same business day. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, though times can vary slightly by location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email your tracking number. It can take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to pet lovers and homeowners worldwide.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Some items — used hygiene or pet products, personalized goods, and gift cards — can't be returned. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Please don't ship anything back before your return is approved.
How do I use a discount code?
Add your items to the cart, then enter your code at checkout. Our launch code WELCOME10 takes 10% off orders over $40.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
